• Cancellations are accepted for orders cancelled on the same day.  

• Cancellations done at any time after the above are not accepted.

 

All Merchandise (excluding all plant types).

• Returns are accepted for all merchandise, according to the below conditions:

1. Product must be in its original unused condition.

2. Product must be in its original packaging.

3. Proof of purchase available (Receipt or Electronic Receipt)

4. Return must be done within maximum 14 days from delivery date.

• In the case of a manufacturer defect in the product, points 2-4 from the return conditions above apply.  

All plant types :

• In case that any plant has died within three days from the delivery date, the plant will be returned and/or exchanged.

• Orders cannot be returned immediately with the shipping representative once received.

• All returns will be inspected upon receipt and the customer will be notified with the return process approval and details.

 

• All Refunds are refunded to the original payment method of the order.

• Full Refund is granted to cancellations done on the same day of the order.

• Full Refund and/or exchange is granted to products with any manufacturer defect, after product has been inspected.

• Shipping, return or exchange costs are deducted from the order value or accounted for by the customer and are non-refundable in case of return.

• In the case that any plant has died within three days from the delivery date, the plant will be exchanged free of charge.

• Return must be done within maximum 14 days from delivery date.

All orders are shipped and delivered by Seedlink own team.

Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the products being delivered.

Shipping costs may vary in the same order based on the number of pieces, the difference between the seller for each piece, and the weight of the shipment.

Delivery of the orders takes between 3-5 business days for Cairo and Giza.
